2. What the website is for

The website presents our studio, our work and our services. It does not sell anything online. Browsing it does not create a contract between you and us; every project is based on a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and deadlines.

3. Prices

Prices for our services, including the Start-up Package, are offered on request and are confirmed in writing in each proposal.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, films, graphics and the Anatema name and logo, belongs to S.C. FANDORIA S.R.L. or to our clients and partners, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Work shown for clients remains subject to the rights agreed with them. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website in a way that could damage it, interfere with its operation or access it without authorisation, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Accuracy and liability

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors, or that the website will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the website or from relying on its content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
