Cookie Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on anatema.ro and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way; in this policy we call all of them “cookies”.

2. How we use them

We group cookies into three categories. Only essential cookies are set automatically; everything else waits for your consent.

CategoryWhat it doesConsent
EssentialMakes the website work securely and remembers your cookie choice. Not required, always on
AnalyticsAnonymous statistics about how the website is used, so we can improve it.Only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the website is used. It runs in Google Consent Mode: until you allow analytics cookies, no analytics cookies are stored on your device and Google receives only limited signals without cookies. We do not use marketing cookies at the moment.

4. Your choices

When you first visit the website you can accept all cookies, reject all optional cookies or choose category by category. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings or from the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner of every page.

You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website from working.

5. Third-party content

If a page includes content from another service, such as an embedded video, that service may set its own cookies. We load such content only in line with your cookie choices, and its use is governed by the provider’s own policy.

6. Legal framework

We use cookies in line with Law no. 506/2004 on electronic communications, which implements the ePrivacy Directive in Romania, and with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
